Agreement

By using our website, submitting a contact or audit form, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Project-specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing (proposal, invoice, or contract) before work begins.

Services

KevCodePulse provides web design, development, SEO, and related digital services for businesses. Deliverables depend on the package or custom scope you select. Third-party costs (domains, hosting, plugins, ad spend, payment gateway fees) are billed separately unless stated otherwise.

Typical website timelines

Standard website-design packages use the following delivery targets once we have your content and approvals:

• Starter (from KES 15,000): 48-72 hours
• Growth (from KES 30,000): 7 days
• Professional (from KES 55,000): 14 days

Delays caused by late content, feedback, or third-party approvals may extend timelines. We will communicate revised dates promptly.

Payment

• Fixed website projects are typically billed 50% to start and 50% before launch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Monthly services (SEO, maintenance, social media) are billed in advance on the agreed billing cycle.
• Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise.

Revisions

Each package includes the revision rounds stated in your written proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted at our standard hourly or fixed rates.

Satisfaction & quality

We aim for work you are proud to publish. If deliverables do not match the agreed scope in your written proposal, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue through revisions or other remedies appropriate to the situation. Marketing outcomes (rankings, leads, revenue) depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Performance & audit tool

Our free website audit uses automated tools (such as Lighthouse) to provide indicative scores and suggestions. Results vary by URL, server, and network conditions. Audit output is for guidance only and does not constitute a warranty of future search rankings or load times.

Ownership

Upon full payment for a custom website project, you receive ownership of the agreed deliverables as stated in your proposal. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before launch.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KevCodePulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
